Determining how affected you are and finding courses of action

Those affected often only classify a relationship as violent when (severe) physical and/or sexual violence is taking place. Psychological violence is the most common form of violence in relationships and can have just as massive an impact as physical violence. In order to be able to make your own judgement of whether you could be affected by domestic violence, one possibility is a Self-exploration exercise.
